1. In-Store Guidelines

Art submission: applies to AdPOP, BladePOP, CouponPOP, and InfoPOP.

Native file requirements*
  • Adobe InDesign (preferred)
Additional charges may apply when using:
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • QuarkXpress
*Supply editable graphics for necessary color trapping Fonts
  • Supply all fonts used to create the ad
  • Please provide editable text — not outlined
  • Supply all images used to create the ad; including layered files
Acceptable image file formats
  • EPS
  • PSD
  • JPG
  • TIFF
Acceptable image color modes
  • EPS
  • 300 dpi at final size
Die lines
  • Must be contained within the sign size
  • Rounded die-cut edges only, no sharp or pointed edges
  • If desired, a background image or color may bleed.
  • Supply 1/8” (.125”) bleed outside of custom die-cut.
Rules / lines
  • No thinner than ½ point (.007”)
  • Reversed out should be no thinner than 1 point (.014”)
Bar codes
  • Supply all barcodes at 80% (running with a GS1)
  • Preferred: 3 month barcode expiration date from start date of cycle
  • Barcodes and coupon legal copy must be 100% black
Front of coupon mandates
  • Expiration date
  • “Manufacturer Coupon”
