Valassis Acquires Sacandaga Direct Mail, LLC in New York

Helps More Small and Medium-Size Businesses Reach Consumers

LIVONIA, Mich., Oct. 30, 2017: Valassis, a leader in intelligent media delivery, today announced that Sacandaga Direct Mail, LLC will join Clipper, the Valassis-owned magazine focused on local businesses.

Sacandaga Direct Mail, LLC, operates Sacandaga Magazine, Amsterdam Magazine, Twin Cities Magazine, The Valley Magazine and Real Estate & Home Magazine. These publications are distributed via direct mail in New York’s Fulton, Montgomery and Saratoga counties.

Distributed to more than 42,000 households, these publications are the most recent addition to Valassis’ growing portfolio of local offerings. Valassis has continued to build its presence in local markets across the country since it acquired Clipper Magazine and Printed Deals in late 2015.
